After many years of working for various organizations, Michelle caught the entrepreneur bug and founded the company to provide these services herself. 2007 to 2009 - Client: Public Health for GASHA and CBDHA - Designed and Developed a Biological Inventory Management system which is currently used to track Vaccines deployment within the organization.
2002 to 2009 - Client: Halifax Regional Police - Provided project support for the planning and implementation of a new Police CAD and Records Management System. Included creation of test plan,
analysis of data migration from existing system to new system, and wrote programs to extract data, currently working on documenting and extracting remaining data to place in a supportable system
(current system hardware too old). Rewrote COBOL archive search tool in VB.net environment.
2000 to 2009 - Strait Regional School Board - Lotus Notes and Lotus Domino Support on an as needed basis, as well as larger development projects including the following:
2004 to 2005 - Client: CGI - Provided Lotus Notes and Domino Support for users, and assisted Domino Administrator with projects as required.
2003 to 2004 - Client: Petroleum Research Atlantic Canada - Supported the Lotus Notes and Domino environment which included client upgrades, server upgrades, troubleshooting issues, and the eventual migration on their data onto another platform.
2002 to 2004 - Client: Encana Corporation - Installed and configured Lotus Domino server for oil rig, upgraded other Domino servers, supported Domino environment and did troubleshooting for server and client issues.
2003 - Client: Office of the Auditor General - Performed upgrade on the Lotus Domino server.
2000 to 2002 - Client/Employer: Knowledge House Inc - Coordinated Lotus Notes Team activities, performed Domino Administration, Development, and Support duties for external clients and internal users. Managed a project which re-architected the company’s internal Domino multi-server environment to fix security issues and plan for future growth. Mentored junior team members.
2000 - Client: Nova Scotia Power - Managed Project to roll out Lotus Notes to the organization, and supported Lotus Notes and Domino in the organization and both Administrator and Developer.
